How does Personal Training work?

Personal Training is all about YOU. It's a collaborative process where I work with you to design a fitness program that fits your goals, lifestyle, and physical needs. Whether you're looking to build strength, lose weight, improve flexibilty, or just live a healthier life, personal training is the most effective way to reach your full potential.


THE PROCESS


1. Initial consultation & Goal - We'll start with and in-depth consultation where I get to know you - your fitness goals, current fitness level, and any special considerations ( injuries, preferences,etc.) This is the foundation for creating a plan that is tailored to you. 


2. Personolized Program Design - Based on the information we've discussed, I'll design a custom training program that targets your specific goals. This program will include a mix of exercises and techniques, with progressions to keep things challenging and engaging.


3. One-on-One Training Sessions - In our training sessions, I'll guide you through each exercise, ensuring your form is correct and safe while also pushing you to your limits. You'll recieve real-time feedback and coaching to ensure you're getting the most out of every workout. 


4. Progress Tracking & Adjustments - Your progress is important, so we'll track your improvements and make adjustments to your program as needed. Wether it's increasing intensity or incorporating new exercises, I'll ensure that you're always progressing toward your goals. 


5. Ongoing support - Personal training doesn't stop at the gym. I'll provide continuous support through nutrition tips, recovery strategies, and motivational check-ins to keep you on track.
