Welcome to CONNY'S Personal Training, where fitness becomes a lifestyle. I'm Conny, founder of FitnessPE and a passionate Coach with over 14 years of experience helping men and women of all ages-beginners, athletes, and everyone in between-unlock their full potential.
I hold an NQF Level 5 Higher Education in Personal Training, and i'm an Elite Trainer, Nutritional Therapist, and Sports Nutrition Specialist.
My training style combines strength, endurance, functional training, and performance-focused methods for most sports. Whether you're chasing your first 5K or looking to crush triathlon goals, I've got your back.
My own journy started from a place of insecurity and shyness. To build confidence and improve my mental health, I stepped onto the stage of Fitness Physique Competitions-a decision that shaped my mindset and became my purpose. Today, fitness isn't just what I do-it's who I am.
I'm proud to have been a National Fitness Competitor, holding the Eastern Cape 1st Place Title in 2013, and a 6-year Triathlete with multiple podium finishes and a World Championship qualification.

When I'm not lifting, coaching, or racing, you'll probably find me soaking up life's simple joys. I love spending time outdoors, whether its a sunrise trail run, a beach walk, or cycling through nature with my favourite playlist on.
I'm also a huge fan of good coffee, healthy homemade meals, and anything that gets me moving with music-yes, spontaneous dance sessions absolutely count as cardio!
Traveling fuels my curiosity, and I enjoy discovering new places, cultures, and fitness advendtures wherever I go. I'm passionate about living fully, laughing often, and always keeping things fun and fresh-both in and out of the gym.
Fitness may be my profession, but joy, energy, and connection are what truly drive me.
Cooking is one of my biggest passions - I find so much joy in creating healthy, delicious meals that fuel the body and soul. The kitchen is my creative space, where flavors meet function.
I also enjoy a good movie night, especially with a cozy blanket, snacks, and something that makes me laugh or inspires me. Whether its an action-packed thriller or a feel-good comedy, it's my way to unwind and reset.
For me, it's all about balance-living fully, loving what I do, and finding joy in every part of the journey.
